Vice President:  The times for this week’s movie are 6:00, 8:30, & 11:00.  If there is anyone not trained in, talk to Greg.  Also, make sure the shows you worked are updated.

Secretary:  Nothing to report.

Treasurer:  We sold 600+ tickets for The Village and $370+ in concessions, which resulted in a deposit of just around $1600.

Publicity:  Publicity isn’t ready yet, be sure to pick it up at the MUB (you should know where it’s at, if not, email Adam for directions).

Equipment Supervisor:  Movies will be coming on Wednesday’s and Niko will try to preview them around 9:00 PM.

Concessions:  Good to go.

Advisor:  Nothing to report.

Old business:  None.

New business:  Tara’s dad has a few old prints lying around, she’ll get a list and maybe we can show some free movies next semester.  We voted on the social, which will be most likely on the Sunday after we get back from Thanksgiving break.  Educational Opportunities would like us to try and pick movies that are related somehow to things like Black History month.  It’s a good idea, but if we could encourage them in sponsoring a Film Festival, then we can have movies related towards stuff like that and also please the student body it’s a win-win situation).

Meeting adjourned:  6:25 P.M.

Dutifully Submitted,

John Jeske
