Minutes: Passed

Officer reports weren’t recorded because the secretary was late for the meeting.

Advisor: Dave would like to welcome everyone back and hopes we all have a great year.

Old business: The following people were nominated for offices/chairs:

President – Matthew McQueen and Russell Johnson

Vice President – Gregory Moore

Secretary – John Jeske

Treasurer – Chad Scherwinski and Jeffery Wolodkiewicz

Equipment – Craig Morehouse

Advertising – Nikolaos Kazakos

Concessions – Frank Hahnenberg and Jeffery Wolodkiewicz

Publicity - Adam Giacobazzi and Matthew Bengry

New business: There was a lot of discussion as to how much a movie should cost this year and how we wanted to distribute our free movies. There was a motion to show the 6 o’clock movie free, unless USG has a problem with it, and to override the previous motion to show the last 5 shows of the semester free. The motion was seconded and passed with 14 votes for it, 3 against, and 2 abstentions.
