President: Next 3 Movies: Little Miss Sunshine, School of Scoundrels, and Crank. Little Miss sunshine will play first and School of Scoundrels will be the free blockbuster at the end of the semester. 'An Inconvenient Truth': will play 7:00 Sunday night. Randy will project. We have already been paid. No concessions. Independent Films proposed: Received letters to play 'Before the Music Dies' on November 19th (DVD), and another to play a film for international education week on November 14th. It was decided to deny both letters because of the way thanksgiving break falls and we don't have our projector. American Pie 3: Mary from Swank offered us licensing to show a pre-release of 'American Pie 3' for free anytime from Nov 10th to Dec 10th. A motion for a December 6th showing was passed. Previews: We got the movie previews DVD; will request to get one every 2 weeks so we don't have the same ones every week.
Vice President: The board is going around. Get on requirements.
Secretary: all good
Treasurer: I have checks for people. We made $1700 from tickets and $500 from concessions. I paid most of the bills. Both groups that owe us money for movies from last year claim they already paid. They should find a receipt.
