Minutes: Passed

President: Bekki would like to thank those who showed up for the student event fair. The next week is officially our membership drive week, so anyone that wants to join should show up then.

Vice President: Sign up sheet is going around and another friendly reminder new members our welcome to come next week.

Secretary: Nothing to report.

Publicity: Adam asks for volunteers to sign up for distributing the publicity. The campus café is complaining the table tents aren’t being placed. Also, we might be getting a key for the light switches.

Equipment: Movie should be shown at 8 on Wednesday.

Webpage: Paul is working on a new site and welcomes some suggestions, and the page should be updated.

Concessions: We should start making cotton candy consistently if possible.

Treasurer: We sold $249 in tickets for Radio and made $190 in concessions.

Advertising: Nothing to report.

Advisor: Nothing.

Old business: None.

New business: There was a vote for which movie to show at Winter Carnival, it came down to 2 choices, Supertroopers and Fight Club. Fight Club will be shown if Supertroopers isn’t available.
