Minutes: Passed

President:  Matt is passing around a sheet, make sure you sign it, once.  During Orientation week, DHHC would like to show a movie on Tuesday, but Matt wasn't sure if there was a projectionist available.  If you are going to be here, give him an email.

Vice President:  The requirements are updated, make sure you can get all of your movies worked.

Secretary:  Updated the membership list.

Treasurer:  We made $590.50 in concessions for The Last Samurai.  Still waiting on a few more dollars from USG.  Chad will be going to USG soon to ask for more money.

Publicity:  Nothing to report.

Equipment Supervisor:  Everything is running smoothly.  Mean Girls will be shown the last Wednesday in April.

Web page:  Updated.

Advertising:  A few slides need to be corrected.  Someone found an LCD projector for $2,500 that was a throw distance of 65 feet, we need 73 feet atleast.

Concessions:  Good to go, things will be running low, don't worry about it, it's almost the end of the year.

Advisor:  Nothing to report.

Old business:  Chad might have a way to get a slide maker.  More information provided next meeting.

New business:  If someone asks for a receipt, just grab a piece of paper and sign it for the amount.  There was a motion to have Lord of the Rings:  Return of the King replace our last movie Cold Mountain.  The motion was seconded and passed.  There was another motion to let any organization, in the future, to use our old popcorn machine for free as long as they buy their own supplies and we have a representative from Filmboard supervising and they shouldn't be able to make a profit.  This motion was seconded and passed.  There was two members accepted this week.  Finally, there was a motion to have this weekend's movie free.  The motion was seconded, but did not pass.  Free movies will start after Big Fish.

Meeting Adjourned:  6:55 P.M.

Dutifully Submitted,

John Jeske
