Film Board Meeting Minutes

Minutes: Passed

President: We have our health code license. We have the following future movies: 11/2- Red Eye, 2/3- 40 year Old Virgin, 9/10- Transporter 2. Blue Key.

Vice President:

Secretary: no report

Treasurer: $421 added to the account. Make sure not to leave 20 dollar bills in the starting money bag unless it’s the last show on Saturday.

Equipment Supervisor: Working on getting the splicer. A possibly new/ lightly used printer is being looked into.

Web page: no report

Publicity: Will put up tabletents for this weekend.

Concessions: no report

Advertising: new slides are up. If anyone runs into any problems with them, call Matt Heyse.

Advisors: no report

Old Business: It was decided to use filmboard funds for the t-shirts. The t-shirt design was agreed upon with black ink on grey shirts. Sean Heath was interviewed and accepted as a member. Matt B. will get masks to use when doing extreme cleanup.

New Business: Start thinking about an old movie for winter Carnival; should go with the cartoon theme. Ice Age was mentioned?
