Film Board Minutes

Minutes: Passed

 

President: This week there is a Date Auction, Student Events Advertising Fair, and Bridal/Prom Expo- see Greg for details.

 

Vice President:  Keep working on requirements- this semester the requirements are 12 shows, 5 clean-ups and 1 Saturday night clean-up.

 

Secretary:  An updated membership list will be posted in the office this week.

 

Treasurer:  No Report.

 

Equipment Supervisor:  No Report.

 

Web page:  No Report.

 

Publicity:  Table Tents are completed.

 

Concessions:  There are bills for the Treasurer.

 

Advertising:  No Report

 

Advisors: No Report.

 

Old Business: None.

 

New Business: The new computer came in today- it cost $2050.  The advisors felt this price was very high.  Options will be investigated and reported next week.  A motion for a new desk and chair was proposed and passed.  Four new potential members (Dan Ehlke, Kyle Done, Fay Dearing, and Brandon Krieger) were interviewed and accepted into Film Board.  Volunteers to hang posters on campus are:  Mike Lennon- DHH, Chris S.- McNair, Matt Van Dyke- Wads, Adam G.- Fisher, Matt Bengry- MEEM, Keven T.- Dillman, Matt- Chem Sci, Tara- Dow, Jeff- EERC, and Colin- MUB. The Student Involvement Fair is on Thursday- Niko, Jeff P. and Matt H volunteered to also help out.  Next week Jeff P. will present information on LCD projectors- please come prepared with questions.
