Web page: goood

Publicity: Have Table tents; don't have posters. Have custom printed posters. Don't mess with stuff in the office; I had some cardboard tubes that were taken and now things are unorganized.

Concessions: ?

Advertising: I may need help carrying projector stuff over, it's locked in a lab. The pop machines are labeled along with the speakers. Colors on the box are correct, unlike before.

Advisors:

Old Business: Nominations: Publicity: Erica, Advertising: Austin K. Publicity: Petcoff

New Business: Donate $ to Haro for Cartriges: Heyse propsed we donate money to Haro so that we can print free posters through them. The idea is that if we help them buy a cartridge, prints will cost significantly less.  28 mL ink costs $1.21. 1 Gallon costs $0.02. Cartridges cost about $500. Currently we pay about $130 for posters a semester. We would only print posters through Haro as a back-up. Heads are $35. Decision TABLED. Motion to pay Heyse $20 for this, and last weeks' posters was passed. RA Passes: Julie Emerick, an RA from East McNair, asked for 25 passes ($50) to give out as prizes in her hall. Is it for a specific weekend, or the whole semester?  Motion to table passed. Marc will e-mail Julie to obtain specifics on her request. Projectionist Waiver: Petcoff pitched an idea to have a waiver for people interested in projecting, to make it easier for more people to start training. Discussion: do we want to train new members that might not stick with us? Will there be projectionists willing to show members around? Decision tabled; Petcoff will look at, and change the current contract.

Meeting Adjourned: 7:00

Dutifully Submitted,
