meeting during week 8 (the week before Spring Break).

Supervisor: Sound system has been having
an overload reading- watch for it.
Web page:
The webpage has been updated.
Publicity: Adam G. is doing the MUB table tents. People who signed up to put table tents in
the resident halls should do them this week.
Concessions: He has ordered soda and expects to be set for
the week.
Advertising: The LCD projector (Hitatchi
1250) was purchased for $400 cheaper. A
5 year warrenty was not purchased. It would have been an additional $999.

Old
Business: It was brought up that the LCD
project and proposed lens set may have a small picture. The lens for the LCD
projector must be able to project wide screen and non-wide screen films at the
same distance. The lens we motioned to
purchase will be investigated more. The
motion to not purchase the lens and look into the lens more passed.
