Minutes: Passed

President: Let’s have a short meeting tonight.

Vice President: Make sure you get your requirements done in time.

Secretary: Updated the membership list.

Treasurer: We made $850 from Big Fish, which leaves $1,936.20 in our balance.

Publicity: It’s all there.

Equipment Supervisor: We got Mean Girls posters and flyers to pass out.

Web page: (Not Present) Will be updated.

Advertising: Nothing to report.

Concessions: Should have enough candy and pop for the rest of the semester.

Advisor: Nothing to report.

Old business: The social will be on the 25^th, which is a Sunday around dinner time (5-6?).

New business: There was a bunch of discussion about people not showing up and not signing up, a few ideas were brought up, nothing really stuck; more information next week.
